Airline tickets are billed at the exact airline rate with zero markup from Active Flyers. When disruptions happen and we rebook you, the price difference is covered by us. You never pay more than your original ticket price.
Airlines rebook you only onto their own next service, at the airport, after a queue. If Air Peace cancels your flight, Air Peace will not put you on Ibom Air. We will. Under 5 minutes during operational hours of 8am to 8pm. Executive and Elite members get under 2 minutes. We do not use IVR, call centres, or ticketing queues. You message your named concierge directly on WhatsApp and a real person responds.

On Active Lite and Pro plans, unused flights expire at the end of the subscription period. Executive plan flights can be rolled over within the quarter. Elite members get a 5-flight rollover to the following year. We always recommend using your full allocation and will remind you if flights are expiring.
Yes. You can include additional passengers in any booking request. Specify the number of adults, children, and infants. All passenger details are coordinated by your concierge. For teams of multiple travellers, the Corporate plan is the most efficient option.
Yes. Active Flyers Limited is incorporated with the CAC (RC: 9604084), holds a valid NCAA Travel Agency Registration, and is a certified NANTA member. We operate in full compliance with the Civil Aviation Act 2022 and the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2023.
We offer a 48 hour full refund on subscription fees from the time of payment provided no flights have been coordinated. After 48 hours or after your first flight is booked, the subscription is non refundable. Airline ticket refunds from cancellations are processed by the airline and returned to you in full.
