Service Scope Notice

Active Flyers is a registered travel concierge agency operating under NCAA Travel Agency guidelines (Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority). We coordinate, facilitate, and manage your air travel experience through our relationships with partner airlines and airport personnel. We do not operate as an airline, nor do we access or operate airline check-in systems directly. All check-in and boarding processes are carried out by airline staff. Our role is to coordinate assisted check-in facilitation, provide airport protocol support, and liaise with airline personnel on your behalf within the scope of a licensed travel agency.
